The trainers explained everything clearly and created a supportive learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions. The practical scenarios were particularly helpful and improved my confidence in recognising and managing deteriorating patients, performing CPR, and working effectively as part of a team. Overall, it was an excellent course that has enhanced my knowledge and skills, and I would highly recommend it. Excellent ILS training. It was well delivered, informative, and engaging.
