I enjoy it and I have learnt a lot especially leading the team and communication clearly making sure everyone knows their role.

Overall enjoyed the course and found it quite useful and helpful and not overloaded with unnecessary detail

The trainer was quite knowledgeable and expressed. He used real life experience from his work as a nurse who worked in the A and E.

The trainer was able to break down the course into details and in a very interactive manner that is easy to understand.
