A very good ILS training session. Engaging attendees throughout the day. Delivery was well paced with opportunities for discussion and Q & A's and time given during assessments for student to think and action.
Simon delivered an excellent Immediate Life Support training session. The content was clear, well-structured, and directly relevant to real clinical scenarios within our business. They explained complex concepts in an accessible way and encouraged active participation throughout. The practical demonstrations were especially effective, building confidence in applying life support skills in emergencies. Overall, a highly knowledgeable, engaging, and professional instructor.

Was a great trainer and presented the course so well, the pace of the training was good, not rushed and I never felt under pressure to have to remember all that had been taught in this one session. He made sure everything made sense before moving on to the next section and gave plenty of time for us to practice. I felt comfortable within the group and I learned a great deal from his teaching.

Overall I always find the course vital and stuctured well. I also wondered if it would be good for our healthcare assistance to do attend this course in partically the early recognisation of an deteroiating patients. As they also carry out the news 2 assessment on the patients.
