Janine was an amazing instructor. She didn't use big words nor made it look complicated. She made sure that her approach in tackling the study day will be fully understood, the principles and all. She is very accommodating and quite open to any questions we had and she's very good with the course albeit her saying adult ILS is what she's more used to doing.

The instructor made everyone feel comfortable by creating a conducive learning environment and valuing everyone’s input. Opportunities were given to everyone to practice and feedback was given.

Really happy for the PILS course. Really helpful for my future . Good information throughout the course especially regarding the A- E assessment.
