The trainer was engaging and the session was interactive, there were no dull moments and I understand the course much simpler and easier with scenarios and examples and feedback.

Timi was very patience with us, also listened to us and meet our individual needs. He also give me confidence and said we should believe in ourselves. We also took part in activities and he makes know where we go wrong, he explained over and over again until we got it.
