The course was delivered in a fun and engaging way with real life examples given so that you could contextualise new concepts. The breaks were also nicely spaced out to allow attention to be retained whilst learning.
A full packed day of learning which gives a useful start and direction to further online activities.

Would have like to have been advised by the CSA there take on how to conduct an inspection practically - for example on an inspection/ visit
John is a great tutor, made everyone feel very welcome and that no question was too big or small.
Covered what I missed in the workshop 2 that was in August. I'm not in the Vape Funded apprentice groups so it was good to at least catch up before I complete other workshops so I don't fall behind with any work. John was really helpful in getting me booked into a course that would cover what I missed
