Great team and Ed was great. We wanted to skip parts of the course that weren't relevant and he was very accommodating.
Edmund was great and the course has overall met my objectives. Some areas were simplier than expected, which edmund did well to read the level of participants and more over quickly, giving us time to focus on some real issues we were having. Thanks!
Absolutely lovely course! I learn a lot of shortcuts and tricks which I wouldn't have known. Doing it hands on is a major plus. Ebe is a very knowledgeable trainer.
Really enjoyed the course, haven't much used the manual yet so was a hard question to answer but everything was very good. Ground floor reception we the reason for 4 rather than 3 and I don't think they are part of Happy. They just seemed a bit buy when I didn't know where I was going.

I found the course extremely useful. Moved at a pace that worked for me and was able to stop and ask questions through out. Very relaxed and 'happy' atmosphere
