Fantastic course as always. Loved the breakout sessions and learning from other colleagues.
I’m convinced that the feedback collated in the day will prove consistent with other groups and will speak volumes to those who need to hear it!
Self reflection is key. So many pets of the process we do well but it showed gaps which need addressed. Overall the facilitators always offer new insight and anecdotes to back up the theory.
Quality delivery continues. The pitch mapping was really useful it’s consistuent parts will help the wider business understand the importance of their input to delivering an outstanding experience. For Sales the key Basics ought to be embedded and the step up markers clear for all that they could make the difference between winning or missing out. Please, please support the back end process of delivering a much improved onboarding experience.
