The trainer was vary calm and she was explaining in detail that's makes the training understandable and enjoyable
Great content, particularly the cases and stories/anecdotes shared really helped keep our attention, trainer made efforts to involve everyone which was appreciated. Thank you for the course! Ideally if this can be offered as a shorter session as the whole day is difficult to set aside time for but thanks!
