I found the course very informative. I only had one concern that one of the attendees was driving whilst taking the course which is very disturbing and could have caused an accident. Very unsettling, especially for people who have lost a loved one on the roads because another driver was on their mobile phone or watching a video.
It was a good one with broader knowledge on safeguarding issues .
The trainer was explained all the topics clearly well.
Actually really enjoyed the training and it was very interactive which kept me focused.
