the trainer was very good, encouraged participation but this was not forthcoming from some people. due to the quality of the trainer the course momentum was maintained and those willing to participate were given every opportunity. engagement was encouraged throughout and I cannot fault the trainer.

Comprehensive and engaging day with case studies

Jackie was able to get the group to interact well although some were more reticent in speaking out. Overall, I found the day very interesting and I learned a few more things which I did not know about. Jackie is an excellent trainer.
