Whilst the course was good and I was able to do this at my own time and pace. It is better face to face learning.

course froze twice, once at section 5 and took to long to rectify despite numerous emails and the 2nd time at question 3 of the assessment and there was no response at all from HEALTH MATTERS

The course stops & starts continuously & is far too long , time l will never get back.

Super course! Easy to follow and complete in my own time.

The course concentrates too much on the technicalities and medical descriptions of anatomy and injuries and not enough on the practicalities of administering first aid. The first half of the course was overly long with the second half seemingly glossing quickly over the content. My assessment froze at question 10 with me being unable to complete the test whilst the test timer ran down. Thankfully I was able to achieve a pass with the initial 10 questions being answered correctly.
