I really enjoyed learning about mental health and what support is out there and what causes mental health

Has this is close to home to me it has really helped to talk share and understand mental health and to find out much more support out there for themselves and family members dealing with mental health

Thoroughly enjoyed this course found it so interesting. Learned an awful lot of information. So hopefully I can carry this on and use it in my future career
