The course has validated my existing learning and allowed me time to self reflect. I'd love to have this protected time each month to slow down and reset.
Loved this course! Loved the engagement and participation. No pressure, good communication between the entire group. Very interesting topics covered with lots of little tools to help manage workflow. The most important thing I learned was the importance of reflection on myself and my skills and beliefs. This has definitely improved my confidence and given me food for thought to take forward with me.
I found the material helpful to my own self development and equipped me with tools to take back to my teams.
Really liked the break out rooms and time for discussion before returning and sharing .

I have loved this course. It has a wide variety of learning and techniques to try which has been really useful, because teams are different and some people will respond better to different approaches
i was asked to attend this course as my line manager was hoping i would have a more softer approach afterwards i have done many leadership courses in the past and a lot of the content was more a refresher for me but it definitely had a more rounded softer approach and i have tried to use what i have learned in my everyday approach and the change has been noticeable
