Really engaging and interactive course. Great to have the opportunity to practise skills even when they feel uncomfortable at first!

So many practical resources and tools have been highlighted so it's important to maximise these

Experimenting with new ways of supervision will be useful, as it's draining having to come up with an answer each time - asking the coachee to reflect and problem solve more will be useful and promote development

I find the course material, including the prework very helpful and practical. I feel I would be able to utilise them in day to day work

Today felt much more relevant to my practice with practiced examples. The attendees were involved and engaged. The pre work felt more relevant and useful than week one.

Apologies I missed this morning but have completed the Day 2 pre work and will watch the recording.

Today's session was really good and informative. I did enjoy learning from both the facilitator and the attendees. I appreciate that my feedback for the last session was taken into consideration. Thank you.
