Really enjoyable to have a leadership course facilitated outside of NHS but with a broad spectrum of colleagues from the organisation. Listening and learning from others experiences.

Really good training, good pace, lots of discussion opportunity for independent learning, great group of people

The course is interactive and comprehensive

Todays subjects have been very interesting. At times the course have felt a little intense.

Great first session, lots of take homes Pace was just right. I found going in the breakout rooms was too frequent and sometime learnt more for the group chat

good to revisit these themes with a different facilitator than in previous NHSBT courses I do find it difficult to be on a call for a full day even with breakout rooms
