Fascinating evidence-based approach to leadership.

Enjoyable and very informative.

Paul lead the session at a great pace and added breaks where needed. Despite the course taking a good few hours, it managed to keep engaging throughout. The group working was well done and the tasks were clearly explained when being put into breakout room activities.

Occasionally break out room timing too long, but not always - you will never win!

perhaps this will be covered more on the course, but more theory about leadership, maybe even direct instruction on how to do things well would be appreciated - my own reflections on things may only get me so far!
