was a refresher course for me, so I already had good knowledge of the topics covered, all in all it was enjoyable course,

The course was good however as the students were all new and have very limited knowledge of the machines and the trainer was trained on our specific machine, the practical section was a little hard going. I did learn a lot so overal it was good.

Training AIDS provided on site didn’t reach the required standard expected. Trainer still achieved his aims and extra training was planned.
