Considering it's always harder for the presenter to get engagement through online sessions, Ruth did a fantastic job of staying on track and consistent throughout. The Parallel course content was extremely in depth with a raft of resources / information on offer and the presentation covered all of those learning outcomes brilliantly.
Becky presented the course well and answered any questions asked with detail and explanation.
The course was taught well but the time is too tight. There should be more time allowed as the trainer was racing through the topics at times.
Although the course covered a dense amount of material, Lisa’s teaching style and delivery were exceptional. She created a supportive environment that really helped reduce my anxiety about the exam.
The course delivery felt very similar to reading directly from a PowerPoint presentation, which made it difficult to stay engaged since much of this could be reviewed independently. I appreciate that teaching can be very challenging, and I recognise the effort that goes into delivering a full course. I also found the content hard to follow at times due to limited explanation and structure. In addition, the exam criteria and marking approach did not feel consistent or clearly defined, which made the assessment process seem less rigorous than expected. Overall, the lack of clarity in both the teaching and assessment reduced confidence in the course and made it feel less serious than it should be.

Lisa is an excellent trainer. She’s clear both experienced in projects and with the APM qualifications. Shes also very patient and clear. I liked that she covered both how we learn as well as what to learn from day 1.
