I think the course was really effective. It gives us learners a lot of time to work through content and real test questions by having full days to do so. I enjoyed having some breakout tasks as it's a lot to listen to content all day. I think all of the supporting documents are really useful. The quick videos are a great tool as this is how I learnt at University - by going to lectures and coming back and making detailed notes/building on notes afterwards with the videos.

One of the best courses I have been on with great trainers.
I actually completed the course on May 13th (with Tyrone) but I have left it too late too select that event. Tyrone was a great trainer and made the topics interesting, I passed the qualification and he was a lot of help. One thing I found was the actual exam questions were a lot harder than the examples produced by the Chat GPT feature. The questions in the exam are also a lot longer so if you rely on the chat GPT tool too much, you might run out of time in the exam. I think this should be mentioned in the training.
It would be more better if we do it in person than online.
The course is very rounded and intense with good support materials.

Lisa is a great trainer. She keeps everyone heavily engaged and drives to always cover all the content even with tight timescales.

I found Lisa to be engaging and encouraging of us all chipping in and asking questions/sharing knowledge and collaboratively working.
