Tyrone is a very engaging facilitator, which could have be difficult in a virtual session. He has a wide spread of knowledge, advice and relates to the candidates from his previous experiences. Following the training i feel i have grown and gained a wider knowledge set myself which i will be transitioning into my BAU and as i progress on the career path!

Very knowledgeable trainers and a good engaging presentation style. The course handbook and additional training materials (podcast) have been very good for revision and self directed learning.
Ruth was fantastic! I struggle to stay engaged during all day presentations, especially when so much is on slides but Ruth's presentation style is clear, concise, engaging. She stayed optimistic and upbeat until the end of the day and I think that helped us all to stay engaged to the end. Thank you especially for keeping slide content light on text, this meant I could listen to you, read and take notes without getting lost in information overload. The revision resource were absolutely fantastic. The chat gpt module is great and has really built my confidence, I've also got a lot out of the podcast, which just help to put the dry study guide context in more human terms.
Really helpful course to develop PM skills. Ruth was excellent. Very patient, providing everyone with a really friendly environment to ask a myriad of questions (which I learned even more from). Explained topics in a very clear way. Nice mixed format of learning, doing sample questions, breaks and interacting via breakout sessions.
It was a really amazing session, very knowledge and engaging.
Training was great, there was just a little error when I recieved an incorrect study guide.
