Overall I think the course was useful. It helped me understand more about sharepoint and one drive

I feel that what I took away from t he training could have been covered in a much shorter time frame.

Pace a bit slow - too many breaks It's good to have them but felt course content could have been covered in half a day. Time wasted on non-working computers.

Sorry I cant rate more positively, but this was one of the worst training sessions I attended. It was very unstructured, dont think I actually learnt much (not sure what the actually aim of this was as the group had a basic understanding), but worst of all, the trainer seemed neither knowledgeable (beyond the exact thing he had planned to do), nor particularly interested or willing to help. He came across fairly rude, robotic and disinterested t be honest. The fact only 2 out of 8 computers (with 5 participants) were working didnt help....

Living Streets needed to better support training in terms of advanced briefing and passing on documents ahead of event. Happy were great

Very through training - was happy that it included after care service as well. Tutor was helpful and well informed

Bit unfortunate that the trainer was sick and we didn't receive notice on arrival but the replacement trainer dealt with the situation calmly

1. Manual scored low only because not looked at it much during the day, should come into its own after the day. 2 Day started late so the pace was a little more rushed but still OK 3 don't know about other courses
