Great course - unfortunately we will not be able to use all of the features as we have issues with our IT and phones

I felt that the training was helpful, although I had already taught myself a number of the features. There were a few extra points within Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook that I found helpful.

Enjoyed the informative and relaxed style also didn't drag out one subject and was freeflowing

Some of it was stating the obvious a little as we'd already been using word, excel and powerpoint. I understand that everything had to be covered though so it wasn't an issue.

Trainer had a challenge training other trainers on a challenging upgrade we are facing (from 2010 to 365) but handled it very well. Thank you!

Good introduction to Office 365 and the changes

Enjoyed this course and found the content far more useful and relevant to me than was expecting.

Great course, shame about the software not being consistent across the group. Some of us did not have the updated versions of word or excel

Smaller group might have been easier but enjoyed the training

Having the training organised for specific teams may have been more effective, rather than different members of the organisation who have different needs.
