Living Streets needed to better support training in terms of advanced briefing and passing on documents ahead of event. Happy were great

An enjoyable course with a lot of participation which makes it more interesting.
i thought this was a very informative course, im glad i went on it. I walk away with the knowledge of one drive and how to use skpye for business which i was aware off until today.
Didn't get to check the manual yet. Will e doing later.

IT system did not work properly for me so had to work with a colleague.
An enjoyable course with a very friendly and amenable facilitator. Content was relevant and useful and delivered in an easily understandable way. :)
It was good to have hand-on experience in small groups.
