All good, Luke was knowledgeable and worked through shortcomings of the course equipment. Shortcomings unrelated to Luke or AVM services.

Course was great. Luke is very knowledgeable and helpful. Was nice to meet Keith.

A lot of info to take in, but fairly easy to understand.

Good balance of theory and practical. Suggest create shorter training cycles fir the machines, there's a lot of waiting!

Trainer excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Materials of course dated and lacking information, sometimes even contradictory to HTM.

Only issue was that we didn’t have the correct equipment to thoroughly get everything done for each of us

as some one who was just recently introduced to washers systems this course was very beneificial in understanding the basic principles and functions of washer disenfectors ...very good course luke was a star!
