Excellent, very engaging and learnt a lot more than I expected.
I loved the course and the environment, the café/sit down area is great to take a break and the pacing of the training was perfect. A really great experience I would definitely recommend.

Great day. Good pace and great to be asked to think about how I could apply this to my specific work throughout the day. I felt we covered a good range and the content was challenging but not bewildering. The venue was a lovely environment.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The trainer really knew his stuff and explained everything patiently and gave us lots of examples to practice on. Showed us short cuts on doing things.
