The course was very well done. Ben knows his stuff and was very easy to get on with. The course it self had everything I needed for a refresher. Kirsty was really engaging and really reassuring throughout, answering any questions people may have and even checking in with every individually thought the day on all days. Kirsty allowed us to lead the training with our conversations and questions, always happy to engage and interact.
