First day of the training was disorganised. No room available for theory training. Had to wait until 12.30 pm until training started. Initial room available was very hot (heating on). Quite frustrating as everyone came on time and there was no communication that it would start at 10.30 am instead of 09.30 am.
The trainer was able to keep it interesting while engaging. The trainer show good communication and professional skills.
John and Peace was brilliant . I enjoyed the training and will do it again with them
