Enjoyed the course - hadn't done formal training for some time and the pace and content both gave new insights, and with the support given enabled me to achieve the award.

Claire was great, thank you. I felt a bit frustrated and disappointed that there seems to be a disconnect between course content and lived experience of managers' behaviour in the organisation. I would encourage full and frank feedback to the organisation.
