I have learnt so much wvout self harm and how to speak to service users.

It was a good and I informative course, I havnt done self harm training before and I have learnt alot. I liked that there was group work and it was somewhat interactive.

Covered all bases, Very informative Learned the true meaning of self harm and went through the triggers Group discussions and group work

Kirstie did an excellent job delivering the training also with it be her first. I've learnt a lot.
