I had heard great feedback from my colleagues that attended the course last year so I was already looking forward to it. After experiencing the course myself I found it incredibly engaging, interesting and insightful. I had the opportunity to strengthen my relationships with my colleagues I wouldn’t usually work so closely with and understand more about them as people and how we all work together. I found it quite eye opening to look at myself in situations and judge myself based on that initial reaction. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and Ian was a very interesting and engaging trainer. Would encourage BBI to roll this course out to wider audience as a means of greater self and colleague awareness and to help recognise traits in their peers.
I was impressed how the initial evaluation depicted myself as an individual. Happy to be provided ways to interact with others and I need to exercise the suggestions provided. We as a team need to focus on the shared objectives but be more tolerant of individuality and see the differences as strengths.
It was a good session with a good overall understanding of the persona types and expectations.
Very well-run, structured course which highlights factors of a person's behaviours and values that they may sometimes be unaware of themselves, and gives tips and approaches to turning these into a positive when communicating and influencing others in the workplace. Would be useful for more people in the business to take this training so everyone is more socially aware and self aware of their strengths, weaknesses and approaches to work environments
