A great day - lots to take in a very interactive day a good pace but I still need time to use the booklet and formalise myself with Outlook more.
they made you work hard in a way you did not notice with the regular breaks in the right places

It was really good, i enjoyed the day and now feel less terrified of computers
The instructor is very good, the explanation clear. Personally I will have to practice cause that is the way I learn. Therefore after this course I will have to keep the manual and read it and practice on my pc.
