We didn't really use the handbook but I will take it away and refer to it at work
Ebe was fantastic with demonstrating the course work. she was extremely efficient and patient, and was very straightforward and clear with instructions. will defiantly recommend.

Excellent day, well presented and in depth. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning - only rated 4 on pace - not instructor's fault, my learning ability - took me a little longer than the average!!!
good pace of learning fantastic coverage of word and so many tips and tricks that will save me bundles of time i am amazed at how much i was under using Word before this course
This is the third course I have taken with happy and I have enjoyed each course, I have actively been using the skills I have learnt everyday in my new role at work.
very enjoyable course.did not think it would be useful but after discussing with the trainer there are areas I can use some of the content
