The training instructor was very active, very engaging and very confident in his approach to giving the training. Edmund was full of energy, and having not slept much and travelled over 200 miles to get to the training I didn't once feel tired and unengaged. It was a really good day and before it ended we had already spoken to our HR manager about getting some more training organised through Happy.
Lovely trainer, space & food!
It was an entertaining course with a great facilitator and a very enjoyable venue, will be looking for more training in the future

I really enjoy today's course about long documents and reports and felt like I learned so many practical skills I will be able to use in my work going forwards as well as lots of tips I can pass on to colleagues.
