The course was very well structured with the pace and exercises timed well. The training environment was also very comfortable.

The course was very well delivered and the content was very useful. I was able to learn many new functions etc. but did not struggle with the difficulty as the leader was excellent at explaining the processes fully.
Ebe was a really relaxed, friendly and informative tutor, but she also made sure to cater to everyone's differing speeds, lessening waiting time which was really appreciated. Great tutor.
We wasted the first hour and a half of the day and did the whole bit about tables etc - the reasons why I signed up for the course - in the last fifteen minutes of the course. I am extremely disappointed. In order to get anything out of this course I will need to go through the entire manual.
Well prepared and delivered course, met all my learning objectives. Engaging throughout and good use of exercises to embed learning, supportive trainer, easily explained. I will be recommending to colleges.
