I found the staff very welcoming and very helpful, The Teacher Rudy was very helpful and explained things at a slow pace.I would definitely recommend.
Lunch was tasty > waiting to warm lunch up was alittle slow.
A very useful and well structured course with plenty of time for each activity, lots of support for different levels and useful resources to take away. Very welcoming helpful staff and the facilities on the day were great. All of the staff were helpful and positive and offered a supportive, warm welcome. It just may be better to have a survey or quiz or conversation before the day to help attendees asses their needs and Course Level more easily before arrival.
Very pleased with the course and would be interested in coming back for level 3 if possible. Thanks for everything

Great class. I had attended course 1 and now course 2 is definitively a good continuation of course 1. I really wish to attend course 3 as this was very helpful.
Rudy (facilitator) was clear, engaging and knowledgeable. Ensured we were meeting our personal objectives and also checked in to see how this would apply to our individual roles. He also answered lots of our questions and was really patient - no question felt like a stupid question! I have left feeling really knowledgeable and ready to use excel more day to day!
