Excellent training. very well paced and clear to the task. We were encouraged to help another which helped boost self confidence and test my own understanding.

Ebe ensured that everyone worked at the same pace and didn't leave anyone behind, with interaction and group work. She explained everything very well and was happy to take questions, a really thorough but brief summary of level 2 in one day.

Lunch was too small a portion, I have tried both of your styles. I understand the need to avoid waste. I would have liked a tray of bread/salad that was optional to help yourself from. The takeaway box was not welcome as I put it straight on a plate to heat it.

The course was interesting but I found that there was too much content for the amount of time we had. I would have liked to have probably less content and maybe 2 sessions. It would have been useful if there was time to use my own worksheet and see how i can apply various sessions and even the pivot table. But to start at virtually 10.30 and stop by 4.30 does not give us enough time. The course is very good but personally for me a bit too much information so almost information overload. i would have liked to have more time to practice with different sheets and workbook etc. So 2 sessions for me might be better but that is probably just me and it takes me more time to assimilate and I like more examples and to take my time.
