Very good overall. Trainer was very involving and helpful.

The trainer was really knowledgable and she explained things very well and was trying to apply the knowledge to peoples role. She was really great and helpful. And covered everything in the outline without feeling like it was rushed.

Thank you to everyone at Happy. I really enjoyed the course and the staff who work here were lovely and welcoming. I look forward to returning.

Service from admin team was exceptional, thanks to a lovely lady with ginger hair I can't remember the name of! She brought me a fresh coffee into my training and found me migraine tablets, going above and beyond to make me feel accommodated. The trainer Diana was lovely and paced the session well, although I do wonder if we missed some content - maybe due to the fact the course was full? Felt a lot more confident about Excel afterwards and would like to return for further courses. Handbook was really helpful and never felt I was bringing the group down when I was slower than everyone else.
