Suggestion - for the ice cream break - if there was a list on the front of the freezer, it would make selection from all the various drawers easier (and the freezer wouldn't be open for as long).
Everyone is very kind and friendly, help with any questions. Very happy about the course, and trainer is extremely kind, funny, helpful. Surprise ice cream is a very nice gesture, and loved the food and refreshments.
Brilliant course in a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment. The centre's facilities and equipment were excellent without any IT issues.
I found the course to be very useful as I have to use filters on daily basis
