Trainer involved everyone in the room and structured the course around us and our capabilities. Rudy was very patient and clear and went at a good pace.

I was very pleased to have Ed on my own for 1-1, because he is a BSL user, it is also in my language. it meant that we were able to get on with the learning - and it benefited me. He is the best tutor!

The instructor is very experienced and patient. She has deep understanding of the subject matter.

Happy with everything. The learning, breaks, lunch and deserts.
