Such a great course, and Ed was extremely helpful, patient and explained things very clearly giving great examples and allowing you to test things out for yourself. The staff here are all very friendly and it was lovely to be treated to refreshments throughout the day. I'd highly recommend this course to everyone.
I have absolutely loved today at Happy. I've always felt intimidated by Excel and wish I'd taken this course years ago. The facilitator, Kate, was friendly and helpful, making each aspect of the training have relevance to our individual workplaces. I never thought I'd be excited about using Excel! (and I wish I worked at Happy) :-)

Completely brilliant course and everyone at Happy was very friendly, supportive and helpful. I've learned so much in only a day and it was totally applicable to the work I need to do back in the office! It was an enjoyable day and my learning will save me a lot of time in future....who knew Excel could do so much for you!
excellent venue and applying a good pace when learning new programs however I would need more time to practice; more time to be allocated for the exercise; the lecturer should demonstrate everything she is saying on the screen as well as I might be quite slow in following up. there were moments when I got lost and was not able to follow up.

Friendly, warm atmosphere. Good sense of rapport in the classroom. Loved the comparison with excel formulas as a calculator - made them much less daunting. Nice to know there's a helpline afterwards.
