Excellent day learning. Venue is perfect. Greeted nicely when I turned up. Everything explained ie Fire drill, toilets, classrooms Instructor was great. Nicely paced, and didn't leave anyone behind. Really enjoyed the day. Thank You

A difficult subject matter [for many - particularly myself] that was well taught. The trainer was really patient, and was on hand to help, but I found the pace a little too fast at times, and that the next part of the course content was moved onto before I was ready. However, overall I felt that the course was really well taught, and it was made clear how I could apply the learning at work.

What a great course! Sal was patient and knowledgeable and really helped guide us through all of the elements

Amazing session a massive thank you to all the team and the group that I trained with.

Would have been nice to have some healthier snacks (fruit instead of sweets/cakes/sugar)
