Attendees particularly value the knowledgeable, approachable trainers, who explain tracheostomy care clearly, answer questions patiently and keep sessions interactive. They describe practical demonstrations, discussions and scenarios as engaging, accessible and relevant, helping them build confidence and apply skills in clinical practice. The course provides a useful refresher alongside new learning, with well-organised content and materials. Some attendees would welcome more ventilation coverage and equipment for hands-on practice.
