Excellent delivery by the trainer, great patience , knowledge and brilliant delivery really enjoyed this course
David the trainer is absolutely excellent at his job, excellent at explaining the complexities of ''Lean'' Very patient and understanding of us in the social care industry. Gemba is very relevant to use in the social care field and it is something we do daily, also the spaghetti diagram is excellent for our processes and where we can see a bottle neck. Over all a very intense detailed course which I personally found difficult to adapt to Social Care, but David made it for me, he was simply excellent. Delighted I passed the re-sit examination . thanks a million
