Hands-on CAT and genny practice stands out, with attendees valuing demonstrations, field exercises and opportunities to use detection and avoidance equipment. They describe trainers as knowledgeable, approachable and able to explain technical information clearly in plain language, while real-world examples make the risks of buried services memorable. The course is well organised, interactive and easy to follow, balancing theory with practical work and leaving attendees more confident applying safe working methods on site.
