I really enjoyed and learnt from the course. Helen was really knowledgeable, her delivery and pace of the course was perfect. We had ample time to share experiences as well as feeling like it was a safe space to do so. This training session was absolutely brilliant. Jasbinder and Helen were excellent trainers and the session was really informative. I thought the fidget gadgets on the tables were a great idea and we all made the most of them. The session was a safe space to share our thoughts and experiences.
