Fantastic thought-provoking course tailored to the need of our organisation and the work we undertake. Having attended a few courses on similar topics before, this course delivered by Helen and Jasbinder superseded all my expectations. It was clear to see from the outset that both trainers are truly passionate about the topics covered, which further added to the overall enjoyment of the course. I found the course very engaging and will most definitely recommend the course to other colleagues and connections who are interested in learning more about the topics of trauma and vulnerabilities. This training session was absolutely brilliant. Jasbinder and Helen were excellent trainers and the session was really informative. I thought the fidget gadgets on the tables were a great idea and we all made the most of them. The session was a safe space to share our thoughts and experiences.

I really enjoyed the course and found Helen and Jasbinder to be very informative, engaging and approachable.
