Patient, knowledgeable instruction is the course’s standout strength: attendees say the trainer explains MEWP theory, hazards and operation clearly, calmly and with humour, helping beginners feel confident. They value the thorough yet engaging teaching, clear demonstrations, supportive guidance towards the test and a practical format combining e-learning at home with on-site experience. The learning proves useful at work, while some find the day long and the venue cold.
