Tom was very engaging and made sure we had objectives at the start and everything was covered

The day went well. Our outlined objectives were all met and I feel like everyone came out of the course with a greater subject knowledge. Tom maintained a good atmosphere and energy in the room, ensuring to include everyone in the day and hear everyone's thoughts and opinions.
