Gilly is a fantastic, fun and engaging trainer with expert knowledge on her topic. Loved this course. Have some clear work done - lots of practice. Built on excellent theory presentation.

Very informative in a playfull way, positve outcome and skills gained for sure.
I came into the session slightly negative as having been on these courses before. Gilly had my attention with 20mins. And continued to do so. She is enthusiastic and inclusive. A lot of involvement from delegates which helps with the subject matter
