The course was very fun and interactive and I have learnt a few things. I like the mux between theory and practising through exercise. I also like the fact that everyone has a role during the training, that makes us feel like we belong.

it was really fun and informative

I came into the session slightly negative as having been on these courses before. Gilly had my attention with 20mins. And continued to do so. She is enthusiastic and inclusive. A lot of involvement from delegates which helps with the subject matter
